Cooperatives and members with audited trading history

Application pipeline

1 · Member application

The member lodges the facility request with the intended use of funds and the Co-op Store order or supplier quote.

2 · Affordability assessment

Savings history, existing obligations and the projected return from the financed activity are assessed.

3 · Committee approval

The cooperative's credit committee approves the limit, rate and tenor, within the member's liability cap.

4 · Disbursement

Funds are released to the supplier, Co-op Store merchant or the member's purse as the facility requires.

5 · Automated repayment

Repayment is scheduled against the member's cashflow, with statements and reminders through Co-op Pay.
