The Certified Co-operative Secretary (CCS) program is an intensive 3-month professional designation designed to develop world-class governance trustees. This course covers the statutory mandates Co-operative Societies with global frameworks set by the International Co-operative Alliance (ICA) and ILO Recommendation 193.
